Recruiter Screen
This is a 30-minute conversation focused on learning more about your leadership background, sales management experience, and overall career progression. We’ll discuss your experience coaching teams, driving performance, and leading sales organizations, while also providing an overview of Guardian Service, the Sales Manager role, and our growth plans. The conversation is designed to be informative and conversational, with plenty of time for you to ask questions about the opportunity.

Hiring Manager Screen
This is a 30-minute Google Meet conversation focused on your leadership philosophy, sales management approach, and experience developing high-performing teams. We’ll dive deeper into how you coach, inspect performance, manage accountability, and create consistent results within a sales organization. This stage is also an opportunity to learn more about the expectations, goals, and structure of the Sales Manager role at Guardian Service.

Case Review
This is a 45-minute Google Meet session designed to better understand how you think about sales leadership, coaching, and team performance. Prior to the interview, you'll receive materials outlining the exercise and expectations. During the discussion, you'll walk through your approach, thought process, and recommendations while engaging in a collaborative conversation with the interview team.

Offer
At the offer stage, successful candidates receive a formal employment offer that outlines the specifics of the role, compensation, working hours, and key expectations. The hiring team works to ensure clarity around training timelines, onboarding processes, and performance review milestones so candidates can make informed decisions with confidence. This stage is also an opportunity for open conversation—candidates can ask questions about benefits, scheduling, career progression, and the support available within the team. The aim is to provide a transparent, welcoming experience that reinforces the company’s commitment to fairness and professional development. Once the candidate accepts, the team prepares the necessary documentation and confirms next steps to ensure a smooth transition into the organization.
